Lesson 1: Basic white shirt
During the beautiful days of May, I took advantage of the last weeks of flowering of the glycine of my parents’ garden to make some pictures of a new look. I like the theatrical aspect of wisteria, this climbing plant, this multitude of small downward flowers, this mauve patina and the beautiful shade it brings.
This beautiful poetic decor is an opportunity to present a new look with my favorite basic: the white shirt!
Yes, nothing new under the sun but everything is how you wear it and with what you associate it.
This is a very light H&M+ shirt, very well cut:
- the buttons do not open at the chest (no need to use the tip of mini safety pins to be sure not to find blouse open in public!)
- sleeves roll up easily
- the cut of the shirt on the sides, makes it possible to tie it in front easily (without showing too much its pretty belly 🙂 )
This shirt is ideal, it can compose many looks.
Lesson 1: Combine it with a pleated skirt
Since the pleated skirt became fashionable again, I acquired some rather shiny pleated skirts, but when I saw this skirt pleated on Stephanie Zwicky’s instagram story, she immediately typed me in the eye.
It’s a skirt from the H&M collection (size 46, rather large in size), off-white in color with a beautiful pleating and round black shapes that give it a resolutely modern look. In short, I love it (♥).
I tied my white shirt over my pleated skirt, just to give a little twist to this association 😉 .
At my feet, nostalgia for childhood, I wear cognac pretty T-strap shoes called “Rosie” from Balzac Paris.
You will have recognized my bag called “Tiger” from sezane which embellishes a lot of my looks, it’s the chic touch of color!
To complete my look, my eternal necklace “Manuela” of monsieur paris, my PRADA sunglasses (essential or else my eyes turn into small slits facing the sun : p) and new Zara earrings.
I prepare you lesson 2 of my basic white shirt very soon promised 🙂 .
